As the son of Millard Sheets and the executor of his estate I am contacted every day by people wanting information about his past works. The Tournament of Roses mural painted in 1963 for the Pasadena Home Savings & Loan building by Millard and Susan Hertel has been gifted to the City of pasadena by the Sheets Family and will be on loan to the Pasadena City College on a 25 year loan. It has now been installed in the building next to their new Fine Arts building. Check it out.

Recent Happenings You Should Know About:

This year's 2014 exhibit at the Millard Sheets center ay Fairplex in Pomona, CA will be, "Mid-Century Modern," spanning the post WWII yeard from the mid 1940s to the beginning of the 1960s.
